I am Julianne Marcelo, an educational psychologist and learning specialist supporting neurodiverse learners, families, and schools across a range of learning, emotional, behavioral, and executive functioning needs. 

For over a decade, I have worked with children and adolescents facing complex challenges, helping them build the skills, confidence, and self-understanding needed to thrive across environments. My background bridges educational psychology, therapeutic education, and collaborative work across both home and school environments.

My work is grounded on the space where learning, behavior and emotional development intersect. I believe meaningful support begins with understanding the "why" beneath the behavior and recognizing that every learner experiences the world differently. 

I partner closely with families and schools to create individualized, appropriate support that feels practical, collaborative and connected to everyday life. 

More than anything, I believe education is most powerful when it's human, responsive, and rooted in relationship and communication.
